Super traditional Niv-Mizzet, Parun deck that doesn't do much in the early game, and waits to play Niv-Mizzet and then draw lots of cards and have big plays, sometimes going infinite.

I run the other relevant copy of Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind , and Curiosity and either win through pinging or drawing our entire deck and winning with Laboratory Maniac .

The other infinite combos are for mana, Peregrine Drake with Deadeye Navigator or Deadeye Navigator and Zealous Conscripts targeting Gilded Lotus .

Some spice I included:

Silverclad Ferocidons offers an edict effect, rarely found in izzet colors, up to 4 times a turn if we have our commander out which can help a lot if your meta has a lot of effects like Swiftfoot Boots or Asceticism .

Basilisk Collar makes our commander kill any and all creatures on the board.

Burn Away is a fine removal spell with incidental graveyard hate. There are a lot of graveyard decks in my meta so I always try to find 2for1 effects on cards to not have to take up too many slots dedicated to gravehate.

Aetherflux Reservoir is a solid include for pseudo storming off with cantrips to gain big amounts of life.
