This is a deck built to around casting tons and tons of spells with low mana costs. The entire time you will be doing damage to your opponents with cards with prowess and Firebrand Archer. This deck preformed well in testing but I have not yet played it at a competitive event. Sideboard is completely up to you. The one shown is just a suggestion. Also this deck was built using only cards that will not rotate in September so you don't need to make a completely new deck or replace half the cards.
