The overall feel of the deck is to play some lands/artifacts, cast creatures, and dominate quickly. The deck is almost exclusively permanents so as to work better with Primal Surge.

There are a ton of Sliver decks out there, especially for EDH, but this is my take on them. As a new player, I don't know a ton of cards, so I would love suggestions on what I can sideboard, and if I should make a few changes.

Anyways, here's a few combos I've worked out:

Amoeboid Changeling + Sliver Overlord : Taking control of their creatures is pretty neat, not to mention that they will temporarily gain the advantages of the rest of the Slivers.

Mesmeric Sliver + Tunnel Vision : Say goodbye to your deck! Thanks to the singleton rules, as long as you don't reveal a basic land, their entire deck is going away.

Thorncaster Sliver + Venom Sliver : These two combined are going to allow for a quick removal of many creatures on the battlefield all at once.

Blur Sliver + Manaweft Sliver : Being able to come in right away and tap for more mana of any colour will enable the deck to bring out even more Slivers who are also ready to go. Heart Sliver can replace Blur Sliver and Gemhide Sliver can replace Manaweft Sliver if need be.

If you have any deck suggestions, please go ahead and comment below! I only ask that you don't suggest Sliver Queen or Sliver Legion, since I don't have either, and I don't really feel like paying crazy prices for it.
