Sideboard

Jund welcomes you to his realm, but it comes with a price!________

This is my version of a Jund Monsters deck that I feel does true Jund style justice! It always maintains some sort of control. Board state is ours, card advantage is ours and everything else in between is in our court. Everything we Mainboard answers almost everything we will encounter and if it doesn't then that's why I have a sideboard!

If you like the deck, PROVE it :P. Give it a +1 and if you actually use it, let me know how it works out for you, as everyone has a different play style it will be different for everyone!

~~~IMPORTANT NOTE~~~
IF YOU SUGGEST A CARD, FOR MAINBOARD, SIDEBOARD, OR JUST IN GENERAL, PLEASE GIVE A REASON BEHIND IT AND EXPLAIN A BIT WHY I SHOULD USE IT OTHER CARDS I AM CURRENTLY USING. SECOND, SUGGEST WHAT I SHOULD TAKE OUT FOR THEM. THANKS!________~Mainboard~
[ CREATURES ]
Courser of Kruphix : This creature is good. I am not as a fan of it as others but it does work well so I am using it. Has a great body for blocking early aggro. The lifegain really helps with some of our spells and lands hurting us. Helps keep us in there and still be in control!
Elvish Mystic : Our T1 ramp, blocker and if needed also aggro damage. He gets us 1 turn closer to our big stuff and that is always good!
Polukranos, World Eater : Really strong 4 Drop monster. works well if we can get them out early vs other Aggro/Ramp decks to eat their ramp.
Scavenging Ooze : Early creature that get's bigger as time goes on and as the graveyards fill up! The lifegain from him is also very relevant as we do have Shocklands and some Thoughtseize Sideboard.
Stormbreath Dragon : Very strong T5 Monster that just wrecks things. If un-answered when it is played, you can almost guarantee something will be taking 4 Damage. Great evasion and great protection. Great time!
Sylvan Caryatid : This is our new Farseek. It is great for blocking Aggro style decks. It is even better at getting us a turn closer to our Monsters like Stormbreath Dragon and Polukranos, World Eater.
[ INSTANTS ]
Abrupt Decay : Excellent removal. Instant speed and hits a lot of problem targets.
Lightning Strike : Fantastic quick burn to clear a path or to take out weaker Planeswalkers and finish off opponents.
[ PLANESWALKER ]
Domri Rade : The Fan Proclaimed "King of Monsters" is for sure going to be in here. He runs through our deck pretty quickly to fill our hands with more Monsters. He Also can be used as a Pit Fight to help remove creatures. His Ulti is just a game ender.
Xenagos, the Reveler : This party animal offers a lot to the table. Ramp is his game and he does it well. He gets us our massive creatures quickly for each h creature on the board. He can make more bodies to help ramp or to attack. Most of the time you get 7 FREE permanent on the field.
[ SORCERY ]
Dreadbore : Very limited restriction to its target which is always good and cheap to cast make it a prime spell to use for removing things in our Monsters way!
Mizzium Mortars : This spell deals with a lot of threats in standard at the moment and helps paves the way to victory by getting rid of which are in our way.
[ ENCHANTMENTS ]
~Sideboard~
Abrupt Decay : Extra just in case we need more for matches that are Mirror where their Domri Rade needs to die quickly.
Golgari Charm : Great little card in general! Awesome against Control/Enchantment decks. Great against Weenie decks. Just
Putrefy : Really good removal, especially with the introduction of lots of artifacts that came with M15! The ability to negate Regeneration is also a bonus even if there is not many that have it!
Rakdos's Return : More hand removal that gets rid of problem threats in larger numbers. Can be used as a finisher!
Ruric Thar, the Unbowed : This big bully really dominates the control matches. Almost all of the time it'll cost them 6 life to get rid of him.
Xenagos, God of Revels : Very strong creature as a 1x of. Helps out muscle other monster decks.
Garruk, Apex Predator : Good vs everything. just couldn't find a mainboard spot for him.
Hero's Downfall : Great instant speed Dreadbore. Makes us a bit more into a control build if we need to.
Thoughtseize : For when we need to be more control.
I have recently changed what kind of direction this deck is going. I have been and always will be mainly Mid-range player. It is what I started playing and it has never really let me down. The play style feels natural to me and just feels right. Welcome to Jund's true Madness! This is a Jund Monster deck that utilizes strong, hard to deal with creature to swing in and hurt the opponent. Coupled with a good amount of Supporting spells not many things stand in its way!
