This is a deck for the M20 legendary creature Vilis, Broker of Blood.

The goal of the deck is pretty self explanatory- play cards that lose you life in order to draw cards with Vilis and use those cards to win the game by denying your opponent from having a hand with Volrath's Dungeon or to drain them out with Psychosis Crawler .

It's also fairly easy to storm off, especially with Bolas's Citadel . A Repay in Kind into Tendrils of Agony will easily finish of the table.
