This Deck is all blue, and utilizes Merfolk and islandwalk. It’s meant for modern, quick 1-3 drop creatures. Your main draw comes from silvergill adept, Serum Visions, as well as the most important card in the deck, spreading seas. This deck contains some counter spells as well as some control enchantments.

I run Mist-Cloaked heralds, usually unheard of in modern, as a nice unblockable merfolk that can gain much more power the longer the game goes. One with the wind is the pump spell I am running but things like mutagenic growth would work too. I know others run spellskite, but cursecatcher is only a one drop counterspell, is tribal, and can function as an attacker in late game.
