UW Control: Win condition : Approach of the Second Sun

Lots of counterspell and AOE to clean the board.

• I'm testing Syncopate, which is good in some case, but not really when you have already use Settle the Wreckage , so put a Negate instead of Syncopate if you prefer.
• Ipnu Rivulet x2 to get Approach of the Second Sun more easily (also useful in mirror match).
• I like Blink of an Eye, you can gain tempo versus planeswalker for example. (currently in testing)
• I use a lot of cycling cards to get the Approach of the Second Sun more easily.
• I would try As Foretold, but i couldn't find a place. In some case it's very usefull to play free counterspell during opponent's turn.

I tried lots of version and i think it's the most optimised. Feel free to leave a comment if you have any suggestions !
