This is a pretty nifty aristocrats build. It can play like an aggro deck, or a slow burner depending on the situation and the deck you're up against.
The key cards in the deck are Priest of Forgotten Gods, Judith, and Midnight Reaper. The activated ability on Priest can just be so powerful on its own, so stacking those extra triggers from Judith and Reaper are the icing on the cake that make the deck great IMO.
Given the eight 1-drops and eleven 2-drops in the deck, getting a turn 3 Spawn of Mayhem with spectacle is pretty doable and can be quite threatening if they have no immediate answers.
Another powerful synergy is Gutterbones paired with Fireblade Artist. If the game is stalling out, you can simply sacrifice the Gutterbones to the artist every upkeep, hit them for two, and then pay the mana needed to get Gutterbones right back on the field. Then keep repeating. This is of course even more powerful with Judith or Reaper on the field.
I think the key to being good with this deck is practice. Aristocrats can be kind of tricky to play due to all the different options at any given time. Do I sac the creatures now wait? Do I play Priest now or play Artist instead (hint, you pretty much always want to play Priest first, but there are exceptions)? You also will have lots of triggers on the stack to keep track of, so don't miss them!
