Sideboard


This is a change to my black white enchantment control deck id been playing, it could only ever go 2-2 or 1-3 in fnm so i decided to add green for 2 dromokas command and 4 rhinos and it is a good bit more consistent, something siege rhino does all by himself, though dromokas command cast after declare blockers when youre attacking? mmmm so much potential value, and it usually wins games most time I cast it.

Basic gameplan is t1 tapland/rites t2 mastery t3 lightform t4 citadel siege then drop rhinos or sigil of the empty throne while exiling everything they have.

I think citadel siege is a pretty busted card, almost always picking khans unless im really behind and praying for a quarantine field or something.

Citadel siege with a lightform down or a rhino is pretty nasty, and if theyre heavy on removal ill side in the valorous and that and try to flood with mastery of the unseen (thinking about taking this up to 1 copy in the sideboard to bring in for 3 if i need to against really control or removal heavy decks.

Ive gone 4-0 3-1 3-1 and 2-2 with this now since ive added the rhinos and dromokas commands, i think theres potential.

Its pretty consistent and almost always goes for long enjoyable games where you get interesting board states and big swingy creatures, i like to play it a bit aggressively and usually get down to 3-8 life before i shut down their board completely and start pumping out angels or flying in for more and more lifelink every turn.

I definitely lose games because i am kind of go big or go home and somehow always feel behind so i always go for the big plays into open mana rather than give them more cards by being more conservative ... something im definitely working on lol.

So after last night i decided to cut the four myth realized, the only time I like casting them is when you do two in a row after a sigil ... the myths don't ever really do any work at all, i want to tap out my first four or five turns and even after that animating vents is usually the way to go because my myths don't tend to get much bigger than 3-4 counters before i have the game either clearly won or lost.

Im thinking about something like

-4 myth realized +3 anything but myth realized maybe vampiric rites? +1 sigil of the empty throne

Maybe bring sigils all the way up to 4 and 2 vampiric rites? I kind of want 4 citadel sieges as well so possibly 3 sigil 4 sieges 2 vampiric rites or something, im pretty weak to crackling doom as i usually only have 1 or 2 creatures and one is usually way bigger than the others like a lightform or a siege rhino that's been fed a couple turns by a citadel siege etc.

Wth rites i can get value when im solo creature on the board which is probably 60-70% of the time with plays like t2 mastery of the unseen t3 lightform t4 citadel siege or t4 rhino t5 citadel etc. and its another 1 mana enchantment for cheap angel tokens.

I just know I need to get rid of the myths and that I need something to deal with aggro that curves out because last night had two pretty brutal rounds in fnm where I just got shut down in the first 5 or 6 turns each game, 0-2 both of those rounds and 2-0 my others I won.
