Some jank phage shenanigans to kill yourself are hopefully your enemy. The basic this this deck is trying to do is to get phage into your hand so you don't lose the game. one way this deck does it is by putting phage into your graveyard then using cars to put it back into your hand. another way to do it is with command bacon and put her directly into your hand. also there are cards like torpor orb that stop etb triggers and stop her from causing you to lose the game. also there is sundial of the infinite to stop your turn so you don't die. there are also other win con's like exsanguinate because there are so many black mana doublers, most notably tomb of yawgmoth and cabal coffers or magus of the coffers.
