Chuulane, Teller of Tales already sound a lot like Chu-Chu-Train. With the way both the Food Chain and the Village Bell-Ringer/Great Oak Guardian cEDH Versions play I have to call it the Chu-Chu-Train. Of course we don't have Food Chain in PDH but we do have Village Bell-Ringer and in Skyward Eye Prophet a commander that does more or less the same for the deck. So here is my PDH version of the Chu-Chu-Train, don't let it run you over ;)
