This is what I thought the legacy UB Death's Shadow deck would look like in Modern. I am looking to build it along with all of the two color Death's Shadow list in order to better understand why the Grixis list is currently the best in the meta. Along with that I have always appreciated the two color decks that can survive in this format that seems to be going more and more towards 3 color decks. Any good inclusions that I had not thought of would be appreciated.

Update (8/19/21): Added Murktide Regent to the deck replacing Gurmag Angler. Looking to replacing the 3xOpt with Consider once Midnight Hunt is released.
