The idea here is to stick a Jeskai Ascendancy and then ride the value train all the way to value town. Noyan Dar, Roil Shaper animates your lands, and Ascendancy untaps them. It turns out that being able to untap all your lands at instant speed is pretty good. You get to just beat down with the lands all in one turn, or you play a massive Secure the Wastes to untap with, buff a few times, and swing. The backup plan of Sphinx's Tutelage works nicely with our looting shell with Jeskai Ascendancy and helps to put a different kind of clock on our opponent, as well.
