Deck Guide

Above is my current paper cEDH decklist. The deck functions as combo / control. It has the standard Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter combo with pay off cards to go infinite in mana rocks with Sensei's Divining Top, Brain Freeze, etc. Another combo this deck has is Lion's Eye Diamond + Underworld Breach + Wheel of Fortune . Using this combo will allow you to either play Thassa's Oracle and win with no cards in library or allow you to get enough storm count to cast an enormous amount of Brain Freeze to mill everyone out. If your opponents attempt to counter or destroy any of the combo midway there should be plenty of interaction available in the graveyard already. These combos are easy to find using the tutors: Gamble, Spellseeker, Tolaria West, Muddle the Mixture, Mystical Tutor and Merchant Scroll. It also runs Back to Basics and Blood Moon to tax out decks that are more reliant on nonbasic lands.

The tutors are also incredibly flexible in this deck and are able to search for value generation, interaction or combo pieces. Tolaria West for example triggers Rielle, the Everwise drawing you an additional card and is able to find Bazaar of Baghdad to start drawing 5 cards per untap with Rielle, the Everwise in play or Lion's Eye Diamond/Mana Crypt to assist with the combo or a Pact of Negation if you are attempting to combo off or a Cavern of Souls naming "wizard" should you know a member on the table is intending to counter Rielle, the Everwise.

Budget options for this deck would be removing the Timetwister, bazhaar of baghdad and a cheaper mana base in exchange for cheaper pay off cards already in the maybe board such as: Attunement and Teferi's Ageless Insight or more tutors in Trinket Mage and Fabricate.

As for the acquire list I will probably take out Teferi, Master of Time along with potentially some of the other interaction once they arrive to make the deck fully optimal.
