Runs a Consultation primary win-con. Tweaked to local meta, but always open to suggestions for efficient replacements. Budget isn't exactly -limitless-, but I'm still working up to the more expensive cards ($30+) such as Mox Opal/Diamond/Mana Crypt, and Scalding Tarn. Ultimately would like to add Yawgmoth's Will among other things.
