Sideboard

A Blood Moon control deck that tries to lock your opponent out of the game in several ways. This runs similar to blue moon lists, however instead of counterspells we run removal. I also play Blue Moon, however, why not try something different. This list was actually inspired by me getting two Yahenni's Expertise as promos!

Use hand disruption (Inquisition of Kozilek, Thoughtseize, Liliana of the Veil) to strip your opponents hand, or alternatively resolve a Blood Moon to not allow greedy mana bases to get ahead. If anything gets played, we have plenty of removal and answers for them.

I know many lists like this exist, and they all run Demigod of Revenge. I do not want to run the demigod. No real reason other than the card does not appeal to me... In its place, I want to try running Bloodhall Priest as a closer along with Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet and Liliana of the Veil to take advantage of madness and control the board further.

Dark Confidant is temporarily in the deck... however, with four 4 drops in the deck, he may kill me more than I would like. I might try Asylum Visitor at some point soon since I am planning to be empty handed for 90% fo my games.

All help is welcomed!
