This is a mono blue tempo deck that utilizes bouncing our opponents creatures, and countering spells to chip in damage for the win. Against creature decks your bounce will be great. Against control focus on your counters as they will have less creatures. We do very well against most decks, but as many people will tell you tempo is very hard to play. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
