Oh baby, look at that curve!! All but black, a deck full of all-stars to push the envelope. Fiery justice tears up wieeney strategies and all star creatures for their mana cost. Instead of a competition of removal, this deck is a composition of constant threats. Every possible cascade will just send the board state through a loop on your opponent.

Boros Charm has so much versatility and is a must 4 of with all the creatures. With heavy black decks, land destruction and supreme verdicts running around, It's never a disappointment. I have contemplated playing other spells over Elspeth, but as a planeswalker that can protect herself as well as close games.There are matchup where you need to resolve a permanent threat that can apply pressure or take of pressure from yourself and she's just your gal.
