Ahh I see! I definitely already +1'd and I think this might be the kind of deck I jump into Modern with! :) A tad (a lot) more budget though :p haaha

Sounds like a plan! Just mention my name or leave a message on my profile when you want to plan our duel.

This is totally great. I am totally sold on this deck, because you play 2 of my three favorite cards. (Bolt and Bob.)
I think you may want to go up 1 or 2 on Pridemate, they're VERY powerful.

@NotSoLuckyLydia - Awesome. Thanks! Though, they're not the main focus, Dark Confidant and Lightning Bolt both work wonderfully well in here and both have very important roles within the deck.
+1 Ajani's Pridemate - I've been considering that for while, though, I'm just not certain on what to take out. Any suggestions?
Also, If you think it is deserving, a +1 is greatly appreciated! :D

I'd actually consider cutting Grim Lavamancer . I do like that card, but I don't think he's very good in the modern meta right now. The only decks he's powerful against are decks that you already have a good matchup against, like Affinity and Zoo (Depending on the Zoo build). Because you already have powerful lifegain, you'll easily jump out of those deck's reach before grim becomes relevant.

Yeah, Grim Lavamancer really hasn't been helping much lately. I generally don't have too many cards going to the graveyard anyways, so it normally doesn't do as much as I'd like it too. Thanks for the suggestion!

I don't think Searing Meditation is good enough in modern. It's a 3 drop that does nothing on it's own, and isn't as good as Mentor of the Meek in most matchups.

@redhowler+ xzzane Engineered Explosives would be a wonderful alternative. I may Mainboard one and add a second to the Sideboard. Thanks for the suggestions!
@xzzane The deck is still in the testing phase, though, I'll get back at you once it's ready! :D
