Sideboard

So, the point of the deck is to be excruciatingly painful to master. As you are well aware, an EDH list may contain exactly 100 cards, thus making Battle of Wits a seemingly unattainable win condition. Fortunately, there are ways to increase your library's size, as well as the number of answers your opponents may have to stop you.

Mastermind's Acquisition

Mastermind's Acquisition is a sorcery that reads: for two and two black, choose one: search your library for a card and put it into your hand, or choose a card you own from outside the game and put it into your hand. We will be focusing on the second part, as it is stated that "in a casual game, the card may come from your private collection".

The whole point of the deck is to cast Mastermind's Acquisition enough times to ensure that you have more cards than needed for attaining the win condition. Therefore, our "sideboard" is mostly consisted of... Mastermind's Acquisitions. We also include a couple of Battle of Wits in our sideboard, as we do not want it to be exiled, as well as some answers to threats that may be more imminent than expected.

In general, our Commander is inconsequential. Since most answers are provided by blue and black, and since those colors are the ones that are absolutely required for our combo, we restrict the deck list on those. I picked as my Commander Wrexial, the Risen Deep because, you know, it's a giant 5/8 kraken? Who could possibly say "no" to such a face?

The bulk of our deck is consisted of extra turns, bounces, mass bounces, removals, mass removals, shuffle your graveyard into the library and counters. We include a secondary win condition, Revel in Riches, as we mostly ensure that our opponents' creatures will not stick into the battlefield and, therefore, we shall soon bathe in treasures!

The downside: the deck is a total pain to handle. You need to hold answers constantly, stop enemies at their tracks and, in general, be a fun player that everyone hates in the end.
