An extremely easy to put together deck, you might even have this deck and not know it. Simple strategy, bring out tons of goblins power them up, and go for the kill. Opponent barely hanging on after a barrage of goblins? Lightning strike them or shock them to finish them off. No fetch lands or any expensive mana base needed. This deck won't win a pro tour or but its a simple, easy to use, cheap and competitive enough deck for beginners in the modern format. And its very tweak-able, add your own flare to it, there are tons of good goblins out there.
-EDITS- I changed out a few cards and added 1 Goblin Arsonist and 2 mogg fanatics, there both the same thing but arsonist requires to be in the graveyard to do so, play something like goblin grenade to get rid of it to deal 1 damage or use it to block an opponent's creature an have it killed. Not as good as Mogg Fanatic that only requires a sacrifice but, arsonist can throw someone off if there not careful enough. If the arsonists don't seem like a card you want to run, 4 mogg fanatics are just as good if not better instead.
I realized I didn't need that many token generators so I cut down a few and placed some extra creatures that would be more useful for the deck. 4 mogg war marshals as well as 4 hordeling outbursts and 4 goblin rallies while good at flooding the board was ultimately unnecessary because those slots an be used for other creatures that would be more useful.
And yes there quite expensive but Goblin Chieftains are a must for this deck, it pumps your other goblins allowing you to deal loads of damage.
Goblin Guide isn't a must but it can be a very useful card, that's why I have it for the side board instead of main board. And its very expensive.
Krenko can be replaced with a Goblin King, if you want to do more pumping rather than more tokens.
