I'm gonna be honest, I just really like vampires. Any help is appreciated, as I'm still new to this whole 2019 Modern thing! Ideally this could be competitive but I'm not necessarily expecting it to be the new meta since it is tribal :) If there's more than 60 cards, any input on what to cut would be fantastic too as I often have trouble with the last few cuts.
