This is my budget mono black control deck.

This deck can win through a variety of ways, but all of them share a common theme: Stall.

Use Abyssal Persecutor to get your opponents health to 0, than sac it or destroy it.

Play an early Desecration Demon and let it get big, then destroy any remaining creatures your opponent has. After this, your demon should be strong enough to kill quickly.

Use discard and control to make a massive zombie army with Waste Not then overwhelm the opponent.

Keep in mind that this deck is budget, so please try to not suggest cards like Thoughtseize or Lilliana of the Veil, but I still appreciate any feedback and suggestions that you can offer!
