Blue Flame : A Storm of Flood and Fire

Izzet League is all about creativity. Explosive creativity. This deck's goal is to draw and burn. Speed is an important factor in this method, I use low cmc spells and many cantrips to get where I need to be quickly. There are a few win-cons available. First is to get 1of3 cards needed with Niv to do an near endless combo:

-Curiosity -Tandem Lookout -Ophidian Eye

If I don't have enough cards to burn them to death I can instead drop 1of2 win-cons by drawing my deck to 1 or 0 cards and play:

-Laboratory Maniac -Jace, Wielder of Mysteries

P.S.

NO tutor cards! I dislike the mechanic; they defeat the fundamental purpose of deck building in my opinion. Having the spell you want at the ready negates deck size, ratio, and luck.
