It's the U/B version of the deck I posted on TappedOut earlier .

A fairly budget discard deck (except for some traded cards) that has proven itself to be pretty strong against various matchups. It's not top tier, but for a budget standard deck it performs surprisingly well. It's a fun deck, too!

Win con is simply slapping your opponent with Siren of the Silent Song, Master of the Feast, and Gray Merchant of Asphodel and first and foremost going crazy with discard effects and Waste Not triggers. All this while refilling your hand with Dig Through Time and Treasure Cruise, and controlling the board with your removal spells.

The sideboard is strongest against those pesky aggro/token decks. You could potentially swap out Dissolve for Negate, or add another blue source to get that double blue more reliably. I am also not sure how I should divide the Rakshasa's Secret and Dark Deals most efficiently, so that'll be done after some playtesting once Fate Reforged comes out.
