A classic Legacy deck built around High Tide.

For those who are unfamiliar with how the deck works, the goal is to resolve at least one High Tide during the opponent's turn and then use instant speed draw spells and cantrips to generate a high Storm count. The deck uses Reset as a mana generation spell not unlike that of a Ritual once Islands are tapping for two or more mana thanks to High Tide. Once the deck has a high enough Storm count it casts Cunning Wish to find Brain Freeze and mills the opponent out.

The deck's two biggest strengths are in its ability to meaningfully interact with its opponents (a unique feature for a combo deck) and its resilience/redundancy. The deck typically wins on turns 4 or 5. The deck wants to make as many land drops as possible before trying to combo off, so it's often correct to wait until the last possible turn before going for it.
