My take on a sultai self mill deck...

~Mainboard~

Elvish Mystic - Our only 1 cmc creature, early game ramp and chump blocker to put into graveyard

Sylvan Caryatid - more mana ramp and a nice blocker

Hornet Queen - usually used to whip back with Whip of Erebos

Treasure Cruise & Murderous Cut - delve away non-creature cards for low cmc draw/removal

Sidisi, Brood Tyrant - puts creatures into graveyard and gets an army of zombies

Satyr Wayfinder - hits our land drops if we need it or just puts creatures into the graveyard

Nighthowler - our main reason for putting creatures into the graveyard

Nemesis of Mortals - another reason for creatures to be in the graveyard

Commune with the Gods - useful for grabbing Whip of Erebos or certain creatures when we need them

~Sideboard~

AEtherspouts - useful against aggro decks to completely stop them once they run out of juice

Despise - side in against aggro/midrange decks to get rid of scary creatures, and planeswalkers

Thoughtseize - used against control/midrange to get rid of annoying cards

Hero's Downfall - just a nice removal card

Disdainful Stroke - really good against planeswalkers and high value cards like Siege Rhino

~Maybeboard~

Nylea, God of the Hunt - i feel like my big cratures can just be chump blocked, so im considering this for the trample

Aqueous Form - might be better then Nylea, God of the Hunt because its cheaper and i can scry 1

Courser of Kruphix - a good card but not sure if its right for my deck
