I'm not the best control player by any stretch of the imagination, but that doesn't stop me from trying to play it. Blind Seer lets me play control in an overly-complicated fashion, which is okay by me.

This deck features a mana-intensive soft lock, requiring Blind Seer, Douse, and Arcane Laboratory in play - and 2UU available on each opponent's turn.

Wizard tribal is a bit of a sub-theme in this deck, because I have the cards, so why not?
