My build of BUG Delver that has been adapted for what Treasure Cruise has done to the format - mostly in line with Bob Huang's list. With the most efficient creatures in legacy, i.e. Delver of Secrets   and Tarmogoyf, many of your opponents will have a very hard time clawing their way back into the game while getting beaten down after you've stifled, wastelanded, and dazed/forced them into oblivion.
