A premier control deck of the legacy format that contains the tools necessary to have game against even the most degenerate combo decks that you see at the top tables in large events. Where this deck shines, however, is against creature based archetypes and other midrange/control builds. The deck's namesake comes from the card Shardless Agent, an overcosted 2/2 with a huge upside. When it is cast, the cascade ability triggers, which, due to the fairly low mana curve of most of the deck, will deploy a threat, destroy one of their permanents, or cast something that will either cantrip - See Ancestral Vision - or tear your opponent's hand apart at no cost. If you play this deck, I can assure you that anyone sitting across from you at an event will be very displeased when they're getting beat down by "free" Tarmogoyf's or when you get to enjoy the privilege of a legacy legal Ancestral Recall .
