This deck is meant to quickly accelerate into a lot of mana, gain card advantage and ultimately win either by using Memnarch to steal everything from the rest of the board or use infinite mana to force opponents to draw their library's with Stroke of Genius or Blue Sun's Zenith. Another notable win condition is The Chain Veil, when paired with Teferi and Tezzeret it becomes an easy way to get infinite mana and card draw at the same time.

Ring of Three Wishes added in place of Planar Portal because I usually only need to tutor twice and the cmc and activation cost is cheaper. Ability can still be copied with Rings of Brighthearth
