This is a list for a counter/mill deck that I'm using in MTG Arena. It's a combo between control and mill and so far has proven to be very powerful against many types of decks. It's very similar to one that I saw "Merchant" (an MTG Arena Streamer) play but I've made some slight changes.

The Midnight Clock is just there to act as and Elixir Of Immortality or to just give me a bunch of cards to help put the game away. I put in the Lands that I have in MTG Arena, but obviously that land base could be changed.

I think this deck could be changed into a self-mill deck as well with the addition of Thassa's Oracle and Jace, Wielder of Mysteries.

I'm making this list for standard, but I'm including some good Modern mill cards that could possibly make this deck even better.

I use this deck in ranked play and am currently in Gold 3. I know I can get to at least Plat with this deck.

Update: (5/18) Just got to Plat this morning! So far, so good!
