I tried to resist. I really did. I told myself, "You already have a mono-black commander deck built around a bizarre gimmick. You don't need another."

But WotC kept printing cards custom-made for the deck. Necromantic Selection. Haunted Plate Mail. Avacyn Restored's whole "loner" subtheme. When I saw Deadly Wanderings in Dragons of Tarkir, I knew WotC wouldn't relent until I gave in to the temptations.

So here we are. I did it. You win, WotC. I built an EDH deck around Shauku, Endbringer, one of the jankiest generals around. Are you happy now?! Are you!?!!?
