Standard Blue/Red Control/Burn with more focus on the control than burn.

I am not a fan of the commander but there is not much choice in Izzet colours. I guess the big main issue is how I have setup the land base to be fetches and basics. It does need more playtesting to see if its the best way to do it.

General idea is to prevent play until I can get either True-Name Nemesis or Spellheart Chimera or Enigma Drake with Runechanter's Pike and Clout of the Dominus attached on to the field for massive damage.

The maybe board is more for cards I like but I am not sure would fit into the deck as it stands but could form the sideboard in the future. Also maybe one of them could become the new commander for the deck.
