Rhys the Redeemed is the first ever commander deck that I made after the precon that I bought that got me into the format. This deck has gone through so many different variations or cards and set ups. But one thing has always remained the same Tokens, Tokens for days. A major strategy is to make lots and lots of tokens, get Emmara Tandris to make the tokens indestructible. Next comes Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist which will let you swing wide with little to no resistance. There are lots of ways to make and keep up your mana and be playing multiple spells each turn. When Divine Reckoning goes off or Martial Coup, use Loxodon Hierarch 's ability to keep everything you own alive.
