Smuggler's Copter made some aggro decks much too consistent and fast. It was also abused with some powerful graveyard synergy.

Tome Scour and Mind Sculpt are banned because mill was too fast and consistent. There are replacements for these, so it’s possible that more bans are needed.

Nothing else is banned yet, but we have been watching and talking about many cards. They are in the Maybeboard.
