My first deck build consists of a variety of sea/ocean themed cards.

In the beginning, I've added some low cost creatures such as Kraken Hatchling and Jwari Scuttler to cover any low cost grievances opponents might throw out. In addition, some low cost enchantments such as Coral Net, Encrust and Immobilizing Ink will help to pick off and vegetablize any threats the starting defenses can't handle.

Mid-game, Gulf Squids, Giant Octopuses and Fortress Crabs will add to the wall of defenses to ensure time to throw out Numbing Dose , Griptide and Dreadwaters . Traumatize here will help to cut enemy card possibility (and moral)

Cut to the end, where if everything goes well Sea Monster s, SERPENTS and (hopefully) the Stormtide Leviathan will be brought to the field. Attacks will be insured with Aquitect's Will and Downpour , as well as the other vegetabilizing low-cost cards in the deck.
