A beginner-friendly cheap Rakdos deck, made for casual tabletop play. Don't let that fool you though---this deck comes down fast and hard, and "goldfishes" often on turn four (which is fast in the $20 format in which it is played). A few early wallops from Rakdos Cackler and MVP Battle Brawler can easily sneak in a few damage before defenses are up, in a format where 1-drop creatures and removal are rare. You'll generally have a sizable enough board to sneak in a few extra points of damage on turns three and four (the four Lightning Bolt s that use half the deck's budget are crucial here). By the time your opponent stabilizes your four copies of Sulfuric Vortex will usually polish them off.
