This deck is incredibly cheap for the wallet for under $20, and it has fun interactions with "enter the battlefield" triggers. Cool!
Win Condition: Flood the board with 5/5 Demons and 2/2 Zombies by using "ETB" effects, then swinging for damage.
Creatures
Drunau Corpse Trawler
: While it has a weak body at 1/1, it generates a 2/2 Zombie and it can give deathtouch when you really need it.
Fleshbag Marauder: Sure, there's only one copy, but by using Essence Flux or Displace, you can reuse him when you need to and mess with your opponents plans.
Kalastria Healer
: He's cheap and a pro player. Multiple copies of him is ridiculous.
Priest of the Blood Rite
: One of the stars of this deck. The best part is that he generates a 5/5 Demon with flying. While his upkeep ability is harmful, you can avoid it by casting Essence Flux or Displace in response to avoid losing life and getting another Demon. Cool!
Rakshasa Gravecaller
: He might cost a bit, but he has a big butt at 3/6 and you can use his exploit ability to sacrifice an annoying priest, or maybe get rid of a token and creature more tokens. Two more Zombies is always a good trade.
Undead Servant
: A good target for sacrifices as copies of it will add to it's trigger ability. If you really wanted to, you can remove the Rakashsa Gravecaller and add one more copy of
Undead Servant
.
Zulaport Cutthroat: Another cheap ally that's a pro player. Helps with his healer friend and adds value to your tokens going kamikaze on the opponent.
Instant
Catalog
: A good draw spell that can pitch
Undead Servant
. Don't be afraid to pitch anything else if you have to.
Displace: Another star of this deck. It's only three mana total, and it can vanish not one, but two creatures! Watch your opponents frown when two more 5/5 Demons jump in the fray, or two healers triggering each other. Shenanigans!
Essence Flux: And the other star. Just like Displace, but it targets only a single creature, but it also only costs one blue mana!
Sorcery
Ruinous Path
: A versatile kill spell. Good for everything.
Artifact
Cryptolith Fragment
: It is a bit slow because it costs three mana and comes into play tapped, but it helps fix mana and turns into a really good creature when it comes down to the wire.
