Chandra, Bold Pyromancer: The combo piece. In addition to dealing 20 damage to our opponent with the combo, she also provides ramp, burn, and protects hereself. Only a 2-of due to 4 Chandra's Outburst.
Chandra's Outburst: Quite the card in this deck. Removal and burn when you need it, and tutors for our combo piece. Basically gives us 6 copies of our combo Chandra.
Chandra, Torch of Defiance: The planeswalker unquieness rule changed, allowing us to have both Chandras out at once. Bedsides, this one is still really good in our deck. Besides being cheaper, she also gives us ramp and burn, and a small amount of card advantage. Her ultimate also helps win the game, and pairs well with Insult.
Insult / Injury: The other combo piece of the deck. Play this when Chandra, Bold Pyromancer has 7 loyalty, then ultimate her for 20 damage to the face. Other than that, if 20 damage doesn't kill your opponent, Injury might get in the last few points of damage, and kill a small creature.
Llanowar Elves: Turn 1 ramp. Any questions?
Fight with Fire: 3 mana to kill a creature of almost any size, and if you manage to kick the spell (this is a ramp deck, after all) you can kill a swarm of tokens or a few medium-sized creatures.
Lightning Strike: 2 mana kill a moderatly sized creature. Plus burn when you need it. Quite solid.
Ripjaw raptor
: It's a dinosaur, so it helps fuel
Drover of the Mighty
and Thunderherd Migration. Aside from that, it is a big creature that gives us card advantage, which is hard to find in a R/G deck.
Drover of the Mighty
: Ramp that fixes our mana, and becomes bigger when you have a dinosaur out.
Burning Sun's Avatar: Huge creature that kills a creature, burns your opponent, and can become a win con by itself. Plus it counts as a dino for
Drover of the Mighty
.
Thunderherd Migration: Although we lack a large amount of dinos, this can still be used as turn 2 ramp if we have Llanowar Elves out. So I still think it is a solid include.
And then we have the lands, 8 mountain, 7 forest, and 8 dual lands.
