I wanted to keep the budget at or below $20 not counting basic lands. Current price as of 8/11/17 sitting at $17.38.

After play testing I found issues dealing with other aggro or control. I have added some cards for protection, burning opponents creatures and artifacts/enchantments in side board. Group agreed to raise price to 25 to allow a side board.
