Im simply trying to make this deck run as fast, and be as agressive as i can. Its main thing is to build up lots of many, and deck people or control them. Theres some combos that i can pull off by turn two to instantly win the game, but i need a bit of help making it run smoother without having to hit the combos. Its going to somewhat try to limit the opponents, tapping their stuff and untapping my own. Any help making it run smoother would be appreciated.

Some of the combos include Astral Cornucopia + Filigree Sages + Training Grounds tapping for two or more blue mana

Cryptolith Rite + Gilder Bairn + Training Grounds

Mycosynth Lattice + Clock of Omens + Orochi Hatchery + Astral Cornucopia

Doubling Season + Prototype Portal + Voltaic Key + Astral Cornucopia

Ensoul Artifact + Astral Cornocopia + Pemmin's Aura

Of course, simply having commander on field(protected somehow) and having seedbourn muse on field as well would be amazing too.

Things i know it needs:

imput on more effective ways to pull off combos

More quickly getting the cards out that i need

Possibly help on making it better at control, without removing too much of whats already there?
