The Ad Nauseam deck is a combo deck, relying on casting Angel's Grace or Phyrexian Unlife, before casting Ad Nauseam and drawing your entire deck. Afterwards casting Lightning Storm while holding priority and discarding enough lands for lethal damage, killing your opponent. (Never discard all your lands for fun, because if your opponent has a land, they can redirect it, and you will need another land to direct it back.)
