UW flyers/UW evasion is a well-known deck archetype (mostly in limited), but I'd like to give it a try in standard for a change.The reason for this is that Favorable Winds is in standard now and there is a good amount of cheap efficient flyers to support it.This deck tries to kill the opponent as fast as possible by going over all ground creatures and delivering some nice beats to the opponent.

If you want the deck even more budget you could replace the U/W lands with Meandering River and/or Evolving Wilds, though I feel that it will slow the deck down a tad bit

I'm still working on the deck and I need your suggestions. I want to try to keep it pretty budget, so keep that in mind while suggesting cards.

I noticed the removal I played was too expensive, so I decide to play some cheaper removal spell to disrupt the opponent while I can still develop the board. I'm not sure about Spell Pierce, while it is nice to have 1 mana counterspell, I might want creature removal in that slot, in that case I might put Essence Scatter in that slot, or maybe a card like Perilous Voyage.
