The goal is to burn your opponents out using cards that add/double burn damage (Fire Servant), then use your value burn spells and copy them ( Fork ). There are also other fun burn cards like Sphinx-Bone Wand and Thermo-Alchemist. Alternatively, you can build huge amounts of mana using cards like Caged Sun and Gauntlet of Power, then cast a big Comet Storm. Along with Chandra's ultimate, you should have fun games. In order to keep the deck running on steam you have to use card draw. Mind's Eye, Staff of Nin, and Outpost Siege along with all the wheel effects (Reforge the Soul) should do the trick.
