This is my Brago stax deck for competitive multiplayer EDH.

How to win:

Step one, accelerate mana: Lotus Petal, Lotus Bloom, Sol Ring, Springleaf Drum, Voltaic Key, Mana Vault, Land Tax, Etherium Sculptor, Fellwar Stone, Mind Stone, Azorius Signet, Thought Vessel, Metalworker, Basalt Monolith, Hedron Archive, Thran Dynamo, Gilded Lotus.

Step two, regain card advantage: Prophetic Prism, Alchemist's Vial, Mulldrifter, Trial of Knowledge, Slithermuse, Glint-Nest Crane, Wall of Omens.

Step three, tutor for the lock: Whir of Invention, Enlightened Tutor, Trophy Mage or Fabricate can help us find the game winning lock which is Tangle Wire + Static Orb. As long as Brago can hit a player at least every other turn and activate his flicker ability, we can always keep Tangle Wire above two fade counters which causes everybody's permanents to always stay tapped. Except for ours, because of Brago's ability as well as Sword of Feast and Famine we can usually untap our permanents with ease by the second main phase.

Step four, protect Brago and the lock pieces: Swiftfoot Boots, Lightning Greaves, Mana Tithe, Remand, Mother of Runes. We are also running Buried Ruin and Sun Titan in case we happen to lose either lock piece.

Step five, apply excessive stax: Ghostly Prison, Sphere of Resistance, Blind Obedience, Sorcerous Spyglass, Stasis, Phyrexian Revoker, Winter Orb, Karmic Justice, Thalia, Heretic Cathar, Telepathy, Authority of the Consuls, Grand Arbiter Augustin IV.

Step six, your opponents sacrifice all of their permanents: Rishadan Cutpurse, Rishadan Footpad, Rishadan Brigand, Parallax Tide, Armageddon.

Step seven, kill anything that miraculously slips through: Path to Exile, Swords to Plowshares, Dispatch, Parallax Wave.

Step eight, victory: Panharmonicon.

Most games we will be the immediate target of the entire table the moment we reveal our commander. Thinking about each play is extremely important as one small mistake could easily cost us the game. The only way in which this deck is ever 'fun' for anybody is if the pilot enjoys a challenge.

Thanks for reading.
