This is what I got for a mono-blue combo mill deck in modern. This is a regular budget-ish mill deck with a combo to mill the entire library of the opponent. The combo is between Fraying Sanity and Traumatize. The opponent mill half of his/her library and then at the end step have to mill the exact same number of cards again for the win. I need help with the number of each cards especially in the sideboard but for some cards in the mainboard I'm not entirely sure like Surgical Extraction or Mind Sculpt. Surgical extaraction was mainly for the combo pieces or the good cards I don't want to play against in the opponent's deck. I saw many decks with it in the sideboard but I thought it was a good idea in the mainboard. I might change idea with your opinions. And I found Mind Sculpt a little weak but didn't know any other good mill spells in blue. Open to suggestions and ideas although I'd rather stay mono-blue even though I know UB mill would be better probably. I'm trying to keep it budget-ish too. Thanks!
