So our playgroup was inspired after a discussion between edh games to build some new decks to play against each other. We decided that we would each assign the person sitting to our left a "less popular general" to build around. We set a budget of about $100 to try and keep the game fair once we all toiled and came up with something to battle with. This is my current build and it's a bit over budget, but one of the guys went over by like 200 so whatever. Open for suggestions and comments, thank you.
