Basically the idea of this deck is to get lots creatures with high toughness, then play Phenax and mill the heck out of your opponent at the same time using cards like Paradox Engine and Dramatic Reversal to untap all your creatures, and start again. Also if you have any ideas on cards to put in, I can try to add them, but seeing as this is my first commander deck, I have no idea what i'm doing and i'll probably screw it up, so if you DO have ideas feel free to tell me what I should replace.p.s. Any foiled cards are cards that can be used in a combo.
