The Dimir are always about looking at other, unusual ways to win. In this deck, use surveil cards and Merfolk Secretkeeper to fill your graveyard. Then, once its full, Lazav, the Multifarious and Liliana, Death's Majesty can reanimate creatures and Tasigur, the Golden Fang becomes cheaper to cast. Against another slow deck, milling your opponents works too!
